ePosters Process in Austria
Pre-congress
You will find all the assistance and the tools needed to create your poster in our platform. These assistance and tools will be available a few months before the date of the Congress. Once you upload your poster, there are 6 quality control points in order to avoid any possible mistake.
On-site
PSO’s platform is ready to be used without our on-site support. That is the reason why, before the event we will provide you with a manual with all the information needed to set up the on-site viewer (remote support included). We will send our own staff if on-site support is required due to your demands.
Post-congress
You can keep the activity of ePosters alive once the congress has finished with our Virtual Gallery. Delegates will have access to all the posters after the congress. This way, they can download the ePosters, start a debate in the forum, or even interact with the author as they did at the Congress.
